Fiona O'Shaughnessy

Fiona O'Shaughnessy (born 1980) is an Irish actress. Born in Galway,Ireland, to Irish parents, her family moved to Reading, UK when she was eleven. Fiona returned to Galway a few years later to pursue a career primarily within the theatre. Her most notable stage role to date is that of 'Salome', for the Gate theatre in Dublin, other stage work has included The Shaughraun for the Abbey Theatre in Dublin which transferred to the West End's Albery Theatre, London, in 2005. In 2006, Fiona appeared in the UK premiere of Blackwater Angel by Jim Nolan at the Finborough Theatre, London. Her film roles include Clara in Goldfish Memory (2003). She worked with Peter Greenaway on 'Nightwatching', a film about Rembrandt and a famous painting.
