Deborah Francois


Deborah Francois was born in 1987 in Belgium. She attended the same high school as fellow actress Marie Gillain. Deborah's life changed when she got the lead in the 2005 movie L'enfant. Lot's of other movies followed, like 'La tourneuse de pages', 'Les femmes de l'ombre' and 'My Queen Karo'. In 2009 Déborah won a César Award for her role as Fleur in The First Day of the Rest of Your Life. In that same year she was also awarded the Romy-Schneider Prize. In 2010 Deborah starred in her most revealing movie (made for TV) so far: Mes chères études. In 2013 Deborah was nominated for the Magritte Award for Best Actress.
